edit : it seems his studio is actually making the game in question, OMG. To anyone who didn't play the first Vin Diesel game, it's trully excellent. It's an FPS but also has great stealth and story. Truly a great experience. And now the second game is coming out. Hope his studio does well.

I don't care what anyone says, I like Vin Diesel. Escape from Butcher Bay was an awesome game that totally did not get the recognition that it deserved. It's one of the few games that I've played through several times. I think he has the right ideas and if this game he's working on is as good as EFBB and has historical accuracy taken into account, I'm sure it will be awesome. I'm looking forward to this game or the long rumored Hannibal the Conquorer movie that supposedly he has in the works.

I saw another interview he did with Conan were he was talking about Drow and Half-Orcs, this guy is definitely into D&D.

I do remember hearing several years ago that Vin Deisel was extremely interested in portraying Hannibal in a film, even so far as getting the film in pre-production. I don't know what happened to the project but it's no suprise he still has an obsession for the man.
