game restarts computer
hey all,
i recently put medieval 2 back on my computer, the first session of about an hour i had worked fine until the computer restarted.
after this first restart it continued to restart the computer every time i try and play roughly 20 seconds into starting.
sometimes it gives a windows error report and sometimes it doesn't so im not sure what the problem is because the game used to run perfectly

Check your PC for dust buildup, especially on the heatsinks for your CPU and your graphics card. The exact same thing was happening to me and it turned out that the problem was overheating due to dust buildup. You can also download a free program called "Speedfan". It will help monitor the temperatures of different components on your pc and will tell you how fast your cooling fans are running.

tnx for the help, it seemed to work i got 5 mins of game time before the computer restarted =(
ive got no idea what else to try
