Okay so what gives...

I have been assassinating the f out of some Moors. I killed their Sultan like 8 times now. I killed all of the portrait people I can find. Yet their faction won't end. I even did toggle fow after assassinating so many to see what the hell was going on.

Does this mod make it impossible for an assassin slaying to end a faction? Or is there a secret province where they keep pumping out kids every second of everyday? I have a level 10 assassin, and no I didn't cheat, so he kills almost every time. I want these Moors done with bad so I can just take their territories at my leisure without them besieging me every turn.

They have a huge amount of regions at start and they are able to pump out four children per parent to the limit. There is some sort of limit to how many you can get per region you have or something.

Well I took all of their lands in Spain except for one(I am the Spanish). Their is no royalty there anymore my assassin made sure of it. I assassinated their island heir. I am now in north Africa and have one of their territories there. They have like 6 left. So I guess I should just keep on keeping on and eventually they will be done for?

Yup, that is basically what you have to do.

You need to try to take out both their sultan, and heir in the same turn.
When you just kill one of them, the other can then adopt a new heir, before you kill him, and so on. I don't think they can adobt more than 1 new general per turn, so if you take out two, eventually they should die out.
