Solution to gipsy problems

I think that we need to analyze the problem for what it is not a cultural problem but a educational problem for example look at this http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/news...-and-four.html
now its illegal to marry children in many countries in the Eu and in the world.

Yet for some "casts" of gipsyes its permitted why I ask ?

But we have to see the root of the problem why is this happening ?

Well my opinion is lack of education in the parents and children so I propose that states force gipsy parents to keep their children in school if the children are taken out of school and dont have access to civilized education and values what can be expected of them ?

Always we bring up the integration problem ?! they dont need to integrate culturally they need to integrate socially if they are given a role in society and education i think that they will adapt but as I said the state should force them to keep children in schools beacuse some are not wiling.

So in the end I think the state or states should take it upon themselves to educate the gipsyes teach them civilized values and in a couple of generation i think they will adapt.

Other opinions and solutions are welcome.

Oh God not this again. In case anybody hasn't already got the message, Adrian is really rather prejudiced against Roma. Like, Borat prejudiced.

Ohh slow down there I presented a a problem and a solution that i think will solve some of the problems currently present.

But you are right im prejudiced against uncivilized behavior thats why i see this as a problem with the gipsyes social role and current rate of integration in society that can be improved with effort.

If you dont see the problem good for you remain ignorant.

No current rights enforced for example the minimum education in my country is 8th grade but for gipsyes its not enforced that inattention by the state is damaging society.

And by not enforcing their right to education we are damaging the gipsies social adaptation capacity.
