How long does it take your pc to go to the next turn?

When I click the button for next turn my pc takes about 1.30 to 2 mins before it's my turn again. I think that's too long. Is my pc not fast enough maybe or do all you guys have this.

seems pretty fast to me lol so your PC is proly slow.

Man, my time is around 2.5 - 3 minutes and my PC is not like 10 times slower :hmmm:
My config:
2 gigs of ram
athlon x2 4200+ 2.4Ghz
9600GT 512MB
Win XP

So obvoiusly there is something seriously wrong with the game as other people also complain about VEERY long AI turns. I hope this get fixed in upcoming updates.

The RtI campaign was taking 2 minutes per turn on Episode 4.

The Grand Campaign, depends on the campaign type and how many moves the computer is making. Aggressive factions like the Ottoman Empire and Sweden can take FOREVER.

This may have been hard to understand so I will reiterate.

In case you dont know already hiting the spacebar will cause enemy units to move more quickly. Hit it once while one is moving and they will all move at high speed from then on till next time you reload the game. It also works with your own units.

Damn, must be my pc then. It's a single core 3,2 ghz, 3 gig ram, Gforce 8800 GT.

Usually gets longer as time progresses. At first it was just about 10 seconds, but towards my 100th turn it was approaching a minute. Ottomans took most of the time for whatever reason.

mine gets slower as the game goes on, too. Memory leak? More stuff to move around? Both?

30 seconds. dual core (2.53 Ghz), 2GB RAM (XP), 9800 GT (512MB).

Have you tried defragging after install? Auslogics works wonders and is free...
