Well, neither of those units in the opening post are historically accurate for the EB time frame, so nothing like either of those will be in EBII.

There are many different scales of "quality" so it is hard to answer your question.

i hope you are joking. those units look terrible. i hoped they were just concepts. none of the pictures there look good at all, but maybe they are just in low quality. the pics in the OP were far superior to the ones in that preview.(P.S: i am not saying i could do better, i cant do that kinda stuff. im just saying im very unimpressed if those are final copies of the units in eb 2

And MAA answered that it depended on how you defined quality. Think level of detail, variety, bright vs. realistic colours, and so on.

The pictures in the OP seem ... well...
the units seem blurry ...
the romans have this guy , kinda orange skin colored...
the Greek hoplites need a little more polish , like contrast .... the colors feel not alive... romans colors are good..

and the best one ...
The units dont have face diversity ...
only the greeks have different shields and all but face diversity could be better
also for the romans..
