Red Orchestra weekend deal

Hey guys I was looking through Steam and look what I found, for those who don't have it, Red Orchestra is doing some special deal to celebrate the release of a new map and steam achievements which is awesome BTW.

Also I didn't put this in my Red Orchestra thread since the people that don't have it would most likely not look there.

That is an amazing deal, well worth it. What's the new map like btw?

It's a snowy map set in the middle of starlingrad, it kinda reminds me of enemy at the gates and the COD:WAW mission because it had some fountain looking thing in the middle and you can see destroyed houses all around the background.

Both teams spawn at the opposite side of the map and has to seize the middle of the map divided into 3 capture points and the last German point to capture is a big building

im considering buying it i played a free weekend ages ago is it still popular?

Yeah, there is at least 3 infantry map servers and one tank battle server.

Other than that there is a lot of players on smaller servers like 14v14 and such.
