    Default Battle map east of Acre is bugged

    Not a complaint, but just so you know, the map generated when you defend the bridge immediately east of Acre does not let you deploy anywhere, or move anywhere. I think the cursor says path blocked.

    It looks like it would be an excellent map if I could play it!

    which version of SS are you playing?

    the latest SS 6.2 RC4 includes map mods which should avoid these problems.
