No native Barracks for Romans

Hello my friends.I've just installed EB 1.2 and i have a simple but crucial problem,I can't built any native Roman barracks in Taras and Bononia.I have established Type 1 governments (Homeland) and i can't see native barracks in the building options.I will appreciate any info or help
Sorry if someone has already mentioned this bug,or if it is a game rule (no native barracks in these specific regions)


Edit: The same happened with Rheggion + I never got the message of the "500 Roman traitors executed" (i remember the message from E.B. 1.0)

Segesta is the only non-starting settlement that can recruit Romani units in the Camilian Era. In order to recruit Romani units in the rest of Italia, you need to have reached the Polybian Era (and have Type1 governments). See the FAQ for reform requirements.

You don't need more than Capua and Rome to recruit troops anyway. And Segesta should be your source of excellent Ligurian units not legionaries.
