hey well ive got a few questions about this. is there anyway you can mod the game to your own liking?? i mean can you mess with the family faction and change their names and their ages?? and if you cant can you modify anyone else like diplomats, spies, other governor's etc other than traits?? (name's, ages)?? just a thought:hmmm: thanks!!!

Yes you can. The file for doing that is descr_strat.txt. I dont have the game on this PC but I think the location for it is SS\data\world\campaigns\imperial_campaign for the early campaign and SS\data\world\campaigns\custom\late_era_campaign for the late campaign. What you can change and how to change it is described rather well in numerous tutorials in the Mod Workshop section of the forums.

Very much so. Easiest case example is the Holy Roman Empire. In the early scenario, odds are half of your generals are going to have serious loyalty issues within the first 5 turns. This could either be them refusing to really move or outright going rebel on you. That includes your own kin sometimes.
