    What's your opinion?
1-Which mod's battle AI makes you work harder?
2-Which mod's campaign AI is more realistic?

There are several AIs to choose from for SS so it's rather hard to say as they act quite different.

    Ceasar,
I haven't been around for over a year, so I might be asking something obvious to another person who has been following the threads:
1-What kind of AIs to choose could you explain, does it come in the SS? I was asking about the "vanilla" AI that comes with SS.
2-If you were referring to other AI mods, which one would you recommend?

Hi. So far i have been testing the default AI from latest SS with RR and RC and I can see is kinda stupid. All he did was to bulk his troops on my walls or at the gates while I played 1450 campaign.

I will give it a try with other AIs but I don't have to many hopes for them.

    Scalylizard,

If you are using 6.1, go to submods, select Lusted Battle and Campaign AI. I used it for six months, with no real issues.

If you opt for 6.2, see Point Blanks RR/RC Sub mod, absolutely superb, I use Gracul's AI, I understand that Gracul refined and updated Lusted AI. I understand Lusted is now ETW CA team now, based on the AI I saw last night on a battle I observed, very smart and intuitive

There is a new kid on the block in Savage, which i know nothing on and I understand that to use BYG' AI with his sub mod BGR4. Also their is XBAI, don't know alot on this either.

I hope some of this info is semi helpful

Quick question Navajo Joe. Any of these AI has an option to prevent bulking the troops on walls or at the gates? I hate to see 4-5 companies in one place.

    Aetius,
I have never seen that happen ever in any of my campaigns. Do I take it your the besieger and the AI has crammed all its forces in one place. Why don't your try to attack more than one wall, the AI will have to break up its forces and defend accordingly.

    PB,
Now I am really interested in Barney the Dinosaur AI, do you need a beta tester!

No. I am the besieged one and the AI, BattleAi sent half his troops on the single siege tower he had and pushed on the walls. I gave up, since the battle was now to boring as all AI troops were on one wall and on the siege tower flanked by 2 of my companies.

    RR/RC has 3 Campaign options:
    -TheSavage (default AI)
    -Byg
    -Gracul
-Barney the Dinosaur. Actually that one wasn't so good so I removed it.

    6.2 is in the sub-mods sub-forum

it's up to the RC4 stage (release client #4)
still being tested and worked upon but the more people who test the better the end product should be.
