Menu doesn't appear both on camp and battle maps

Hi,

after inserting 4 factions I got the mod files from my team-mate and when I started it I got this error:

Finally I discovered when I deleted the preferences folder in the mod folder the menu became normal.
Finally I sent the mod to some guys but they got the same problem. But I didn't send them my preference folder. :hmmm: On my computer the mod works well.
Io filefirst isn't used.
The mod uses the players' standard cfg settings.

Any idea?

If you modded the animation files and no io.file_first switch that is probably your enemy.

All files have to be exactly the same.

There are only some animation files because of modding Kingdoms. But I cannot cause the bug on my computer as it happened at first. It appears only on other computers. They didn't unpack the game or installed other mods.
It doesn't matter if I use io swich in my cfg or not.

This maybe better suited for the Mod Workshop forum.

I have read a couple of Kingdoms mods that the original Medieval2 files had to be unpacked for it to work. Whether this has anything do to with your mod, I don't know. The moding people would be the ones to ask.
