Manga: Liar Game

Liar Game

Nao Kanzaki, an honest college student, receives 100 million yen (about $1,000,000) one day, along with a card saying that she has been chosen to participate in the "Liar Game Tournament". In order to win the game, she is to steal the 100 million yen issued to her sole opponent, and to keep hers safe. Upon finding out her opponent is her former teacher Kazuo Fujisawa, she misplaces her trust in him and is easily deceived. Knowing that losing the game will put her in debt, a lawyer tells her of Shinichi Akiyama, a genius swindler.

Anyone familiar with it?

I've read about 20 chapters and have realized one thing: this girl is a (bleep)ing MORON!



Sorry to rant but...

...first of all, how do you just give someone a million dollars!? but she did it...

The lawyer mentioned in the above excerpt ends up tricking her...



That wouldn't be so bad if he didn't do it (bleep)ing twice!



I just remembered she was actually tricked twice by two different people...

I just can't understand how a character can be this stupid...

They're playing a game where lying is the only way to win...and this mental midget believes anything and everything anyone says. Stranger's? She'll believe them too.

It's got a sort of Deathnote feel to it, so I'm reading it but...if this hunk of meat doesn't start using some (bleep)ing common sense...

Does anyone know if this retard ever shapes up?

If you ever want to see what has to be the stupidest character in ALL of fiction...read this manga. I don't mean Goku/Naruto/Wild E. Coyote stupid I mean someone who seems to be a functioning retard...read this manga.
