Unlocking USA

I make it short: Is there any option to unlock them than playing the god damn boring tutorial? By editing some files for example?

Possibly. And the tutorial isn't boring after you declare independence.

It's just a small scale grand campaign where you have to take over 15 territories. 8 of them being colonies.

Yes there is ways to unlock the USA and other factions via tampering with the files, there is other threads on how to do it, take a look around I'm sure they would be on one of the front pages of the forum.

This method unlocks all the chapters in Road to Independence so you can start chapter 4 as the USA right away;

Start -> run -> regedit
Go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\The Creative Assembly\Empire

Double click the value on the right called "ep_unlock" update the value to 4.
When you go into the RtI screen all 4 options will be available.
