How Do You Repair Settlement Fortifications

Ok, i'm not sure if this is bugged or not, when I go in battle my settlement fort walls are completely knocked down from a battle I had a few years back, but on the campaign map I can't find any way to repair it, on the city fortifications tap it only gives me the option to upgrage but not to repair, is it bugged or is there some way I don't know about to repair things?

I would like to know if this is possible as well. It seems like a huge waste of money to dismantle the fortifications and rebuild it completely. Also are soldiers accuracy bugged when on walls? It seems like they shoot behind a unit 4/5 times. It is especially bad if the unit is walking from side to side.

My guess would be that they are already repaired. It says that they surround the city with a "ring of (insert kind) forts," so the majority of your forts are perfectly fine even if one got totally knocked down.

Yeah, I think they automatically repair themselves

I'm fairly certain it is not repairing because for the past 5-10 years I have used one fort city as a key point of my defense of the Rhine. It is continually attacked by a minor nation and with each battle the fort's damage keeps growing. 3 of my corners are now destroyed and there are several holes in the wall. I am not attacked every year so there has been breathers.

See if there is a repair button when you click on it. Try to click the city and repair the fortifications as you would when you repair a building after a siege.

There is a repair button, just always blanked out.

Sounds like a bug. Or a cash flow problem.

I've repaired them using that button.

Wait don,t you mean you placed a fort? Ive it is a fort you can,t repair it I think.

i have this issue in my current campaign but i know in a previous one...maybe rti that i have repaired forts in the same way as towns/buildings
