Save Games File

Does anyone know where I can find the saved games file with Vista?
I have tried a search with the vista search feature but can't find it anywhere. Can someone please help?

same here brother....

Between all the usual Vista annoyances, and the ETW game files being packed/encrypted... really pissing me off.


How microsoft, and CA make 2 steps forward, and 5 steps back with new platforms is beyond me..... Really chafes my arse knowing things used to be so easy in the past, now you get the "new and improved" version of some things, and you can't do a bloody thing.

if i had vista id do a windows search for auto_save.empire_save

found it - C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\The Creative Assembly

thanks, it helped me a lot. Would a possible save game editor be possible to make? Hell, does anyone wants to post savegames they've made?

u gotta select "show hidden files" then go to the directory posted by lesterthenerd
