    Reinstalling fixed the recruitment problem. But Kardakes swordsmen still have 50 men.
    I am playing on BI.exe.

    Edit: I can't recruit spear warband as Thrace in regions that have Thracian culture as native culture.

    CV, you left a "seleucid" faction line in the BI senate install resulting in a CTD at start.
    Replacing it with empire_west solves the problem.

    BTW, we keep having semirandom CTDs on seleucid turn, it might be wise to do some extensive testing.

    We'll get a lot of testing in before XC 4. Probably we'll do a beta test period.

    So this probably doesn't count as a bug per se but I figured it was better to post here than to start a thread-for some reason every time I download this mod I get a corrupted download (it takes about 35-40 minutes per down load and there have been no interruptions the 4 times I've tried so far). I seem to encounter this a lot (XGM did it the first two times and Diadochi has done it every time I've tried). I was curious if there was another place to downloded the files or if someone can help me with this.

    As seleucids it's not possible to train elephants in Anthioch.
    Is this intentional?

    That's an old XGM change. Dime made it so that camels and elephants are exclusive. We could change it back; he was just trying to avoid the more than 32 or however many units in one settlement issue.

    I'll switch some of them around then. BTW, I figured out why the campaign script wasn't firing for the Senate campaign. We renamed Bactria, but forgot to change the minor settlement entry.

    I feel your pain, bug fixing is slow and frustrating.
    I'm still trying to find the cause of some random CTDs but no luck so far (except for finding minor stuff like the previous reports).

    hmm, we might want to take a look at monument bonuses for certain factions and overall balance...

    Was that with reduced bonuses? (And double check the values in EDB, the installer may not be working right.)

    Luc., I've done the renaming, along with some suggested by Suppanut. About Locus Rugii, I could extend it, but right now the border is on a river. and there isn't any good natural border besides that.

    Yep, reduced bonuses (and on E/E).
    You need to take into account that seleucids starts with higher corruption than normal as they have two enemy monuments.
    This leaves them short on money and so a combination of ptolemies and armenians will bring them down in no time.

    The best I could do was to keep a stalemate with me having Anthioch and Salamis garrisoned on gold chevrons with too little money to mount a serious offensive.

    Yeah, the two enemy monuments will do you in right from the start. I think I'll work up a script so that at least Bactria will not have a monument until the Bactrians emerge.
