As far as I am aware no-one has figured out the coding yet as it is encrypted.
Give it time though and I am sure we will see some pop up soon!

The mughals as far as modding people can tell were originally intended... They even have opening messages, a few unique units, major power status, and things like that, that only other majors have. I assume they just weren't added for whatever lame reason. -They 'are' a Major Power.-
