Ok my most stupid post of the day as I probably missed the thread.

Has anyone posted a list of proper faction names and and the unit names we can use in editing a scenario.

Ex: venice gets you Venice as a faction.

Ex: euro_guard gets guard infantry

For example see screenshot. I've replaced Jamestown colonists with Venetians and Indians with Turks. However after unpacking the models.pack to see model names I couldn't get the Janissary model names right I would just crash the game. It was easy to get euro soldiers for Venice because they are in brandywine battle list already and demo mod threads.

I would really like to play some of the minor factions in custom battles while waiting to hear how to unlock minor factions. So I was hoping to use the Boston scenario for this purpose because of the patch.pack can't edit the files in scenario directory because the patck.pack overwrites them. Unless someone can tell me how to add a new scenario to do what I'm looking for?
