Installing Help
Well I downloaded and Installed EB 1.1. I made a copy of the Rome Total War folder and put it in the Local Disk instead of Program Files like I was told. When I finished my installation I clicked on play EB icon and it was just the vanilla game. I clock on the validate install but the txt document won't open. Please help. Is there something i'm missing?
I am using Windows Vista, and yes, I have admin. I cleared all the save files on my copy too.
Step by step instructions would be nice, as i'm new to installing mods.

Re: Installing Help
If you installed the trivial script, start the game through the "Play Single Player" (for the campaign) or "Play Multiplayer" (for custom/multiplayer battles) in the Windows Start Menu.
If you did not install the trivial script, right click on the desktop shortcut, select properties, go to the "Target" line and add " -mod:eb" to the very end of it. This should make the shortcut load EB.

Re: Installing Help
I added -mod:eb to the end of the the target line, and it didn't work. It did say "C:\Users\Michal\Rome - Total War\RomeTW.exe" -show_error
Edit: I took out the -show_error and replaced it with -mod:eb, and now it works. Thanks a lot! I'm really going to enjoy this mod!

Re: Installing Help

If you want to keep the "Show Error" command, it should be " -show_err". However, it is not important.
