Black minimap

I've just installed Kingdoms on my new laptop. When, I start a battle, the minimap is completely black, it's visible for a few seconds if I order my units to move and sometimes the UI keeps "flickering". Is it because of the graphic driver?
Specs:
1GB RAM DDR2
Intel Core 2 Duo processor T6400 2GHz
Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 4500MHD

Yeah, this is obviously because of the integrated graphics card but I just want to have some games in it. Anyway to fix it?

Laptops are usually not designed to handle the requirements of graphics intensive games. Set all the graphics options to low and try again.

I've changed every settings to Low, even to Shader 1 but it's still there.

The whole picture looks pretty dark, but I guess it is the time of day of the battle.
FRAPS tells you 16 fps, that is pretty low, how many fps do you get when you set everything low?
Could be some graphics element that got messed up. Did you have problems like that with Med2 (before installing Kingdoms)?
If nothing helps, see if you can update the graphics driver (if it is a new comp that will most likely not necessary).
If all else fails: re-install.
