I suggest compressing it and find a site that we can download from that way we get high quality and it wont take forever to download.

Fileplanet/megaupload are some good places to upload to. Not many places you can upload videos but either youtube or veoh.

im uploading it to megaupload now, i compressed it to 434 megs so no one should have any problems downloading it

Over a gig? Can I suggest you find a way to reduce it's size because the size could put a lot of people off downloading it. Youtube might be the best option despite the drop in quality.

I recommend using http://www.mediafire.com/?cy4st9rgsch to produce a mkv file which is usually half the size of a wmv.

Wouldnt compressing it even more reduce the quality?

Note: I have already downloaded it. Didnt take very long.

It's a different file type, hence a different amount of compression. Some of the best quality videos I watch are MKV format, sometimes they're better quality than me actually playing the game, only issue is you need the codec to watch it (classic media player does the job if not then VLC).

Sorry but seriously, it will be like 10gb+ if your raw fraps files are anything like mine. Compression != Bad Quality if you do it right. I've seen 30min movies that are 500mb that are better than when I play the game, no one will download something that size for <15mins of footage.
