    If you have sex with someone younger then you (doesn't matter if you both are minors) the oldest one is, by law, the paedophile and can be jugded as such. (In my country)

    He's 16 with 4 stars, I find 2-3 stars for a 'coming of age' good, if the AI was smart then it would keep him away from the player, and take down rebels, then by the time he's 30 He could have 7-8 command stars. So he aint useless.

    He gets them from basic AI bonuses (+5 normal... so he actually has a -1 command if he was for the human player)
