Here are some useful brushes and a site with very good tut's.

The most of the tuts also have a support file and the tut's are for all 3d programs like Zbrush, cinema, 3dmax etc. and there is also a 2d tuturial section.
All tut's are very good written and contain mostly some hints and tips from professionals.

    As example: normal mapping

    or foxtrot I/II
    http://www.computerarts.co.uk/tutori...?result_page=6
    http://www.computerarts.co.uk/tutori...?result_page=5

Here is a file for a check.

I have repaired the most parts and add a RH headpart but i can't make test ingame until i have a own BETA Eight.
Can you say me please what a program are you use for editing ???
(It makes me easier in the future if i know how you work (both))

    Regards A.U.

Leif uses Photoshop, I'm using GIMP (which will read and save as .psd format)

    Great work so far.

The only breeds I'm pretty sure about are Scythian / Sarmatian - I need to dig that info out though

yes, definitely, other than the Roman medium horses, I'd say.

The Scythians / Sarmatians should use quite a lot of the Akhal-Teke breed (golden haired), Parthians the same although I think I gave the cataphract a Palomino.

Need to make sure we use pretty much the same colours though as the original ones otherwise the unit cards will get messed up.

I wonder which mod that is... I'd say the saddle is somewhere around XVII century, could be Polish. If you remember which mod let me know.

@TZAR THX for the links and informations (well i hadn't meaned the colors in general but my failure i hadn't explained it exactly).

So i need more a list for the colors of all factions, RealHorses has near all colors included (without blueroan (territorial), albino (too rare)).

I will download the mod and i can surely use the textures for templates (heavies looking fine, the other aren't so good).

@Leif & Tone and all others

THX for the compliment it is again a little different to hear it from the best skinners of TWC.
I gave Tone the RH masterfiles and i send you the link too.
We should speak about the teamwork so we don't need to make all twice.

Well during my first testrun there was something that bothered me the torchlight.
The first pic is the current and i changed the light with the medieval II colors (imo better and more realistic). So again your opinion is needed.
Should there a reason behind the current color like flammable material - just a word.
In addition the size of the flame is still the current and perhaps we should reduce the size a little bit and tweaking the smoke is another option too.

Much better. I was thinking we'd need to do some work on all the flame stuff...I'd even downloaded some flame brushes, but you beat me to it.

I wonder whether you can improve on the flaming arrows, onager balls, etc?
