How to undo unpacking
Hi I just recently unpacked Medieval 2 Total War Kingdoms (i know theres a forum for it, but I didn't think it would matter). But it took up 5 gigs that I didn't want wasted. So I uninstalled kingdoms. But it didn't free up those 5 extra gigs from unpacking.
So how do I undo the unpacking?

Re: How to undo unpacking
Uninstall the game, delete your whole m2tw folder and then reinstall it.

Make sure to copy your saves to a secure location so you aren't starting totally from scratch.

Re: How to undo unpacking
I reinstalled everything Medieval 2 related, including the retrofit mod... and it started crashing whenever I started a battle. "medieval 2 has encountered an error, etc. etc."
I reinstalled everything carefully. And now when I try to start Medieval 2. It crashes whenever I start the game.
Help
