Zimbabwe Is it as good as Mugabe says it is? [Bomberboy, The Man VS Mugabe]

Me and The Man are not in anyway trying to troll or insult the people of Zimbabwe this was an issue brought up in a thread that is completely unrelated and we would like to finish it.

Topic: Is Zimbabwe as good as Mugabe says it is?

Details:

Zimbabwe is in trouble with inflation sky high and a(n) (non)opressive government in power with violence at the election as well as accusations of rigging in the voting is Zimbabwe as good as our fellow member Mugabe says it is?

At the moment The Man is offline at school but has asked Mugabe who will comment soon. Should he decline close the thread. But I will put it on hold because both are offline at the moment.

Well if you've seen all the interviews on the news (too bad the bbc is banned from Zimbabwe you would see its true. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/BBC_World_News#Censorships

However, we do not see the Chinese government persecuting whites (Caucasians for adherents to PC), the Chinese government does not compare itself to Hitler nor paint Hitler in a positive light, and the Chinese government does not blame the West for every damn thing they've actually inflicted upon themselves.

Furthermore, this debate has absolutely nothing to do with China.

Rhodesia was a thousandfold better than Zimbabwe (ESPECIALLY economically), hell you can't even pull the race card here, under Rhodesia blacks were repressed under minority rule - and under Mugabe, whites are the ones being repressed. Two wrongs don't make a right.

Simple answer. To escape the corruption of the government and persecution because of their skin colour and stance on the government. You can't deny this: The zimbabwean government forcefully evicted white farmers off their land. As far as I know the did nothing wrong.
