events Pic question?

I am playing Hegemon mod for MTW2 and have changed event pics for the greek faction to RTW images
In game i am having problems with the Captured Settlement event pic as it is showing up as the default MTW2 picture rather than the RTW pic?
Can anyone tell me where the entry is for this image in the descr_event_images text file please so that i can change to the RTW image?

Have you placed it in the correct folder culture folder in the UI folder?

Yes, as all of the other event images appear fine apart from the following:
1. Captured Settlement - is the battle_capturebuilding.tga pic and is in the correct file?
2. Battle Deployment - is the prebattle_attack.tga pic and is in the correct file?
3. siege details - is the settlement_beseiged.tga pic and is also in the correct file?

The pics are related to the Greek faction and in data/UI/southern_european folder with portraits etc..

It seems that the pictures show up random as sometimes they appear and sometimes they do not?? this is confusing.
