It's in our plans, but it's not an easy task to tackle.

I'll add that the map doesn't include most regions where elves and dwarves still lived even after the departure of the eldars from middle earth. The map should be extended to the north to do that: mirkwood, rivendell, lonely mountain, laketown (let's not forget Dale).

There is also the fact that this is the Fourth Age, the Age of Men and that other folks are very rare and hidden now.

Maybe a solution would be a second campaign on the northern part of ME that would include:
    - Elves of Mirkwood + last Eldars in Rivendell
    - Dwarves of the Lonely Mountain and Blue Mountain,
    - the Kingdom of Dale, (human northern faction, allied to dwarves and RK)
    - Reunited Kingdom protectorates (Shire, Bree, ex-Arnor)

    but also:
    - Rhovanion wildmen (Dunland style) + lots of bandit/orcish rebels,
    - Orcs & Goblins of the Misty Mountains,
    - and a easterling invasion from Rhûn (BI style, east)).

The northern territories are still wilder and tougher than the south: more snow, more monsters, less developed communities (wood) but more non-human intelligent creatures. Don't forget hobbits
