    Default Some questions

    1.My heir does not the crown of England that my leader had, so is it a one time thing?

    2.My best general usually gets stripped of his titles trait (Its called seethes for revenge) so how do I get rid of it because its annoying.

    3.Is there any way to make someone immortal (not on battlefield)

    4.Whats better knights with pole arms or armoured spear men.

    Thanks in advance.

    1. try sending your new leader back to your capital, I think he may get the crown then, although remember that if he already has maxed out traits you can't get any more (7 or 8?). You can always move traits to another general if this is the case.

    2. search other threads for how to remove traits

    3. Hmmm, maybe set his max age to 9999? Or is there a hardcoded max?

    4. I would say knights but don't know for definate, depends on the situation

    Have a search round the forums (and modding workshops section), just had a quick look and found:

    1. put him in a city and he will get it once he ends his turn (if he is faction leader)
    there is also a max number of 8 ancillaries, so you might need to give some to another general.
    2.get him out of a settlement, select him, press ` or ~ and type remove_trait this Stripped
    3.yes, in descr_campaign_db look for the <family_tree> section
    Spoiler Alert, click show to read:
    <family_tree>
    <max_age uint="90"/>
    <max_age_for_marriage_for_male uint="60"/>
    <max_age_for_marriage_for_female uint="40"/>
    <max_age_before_death uint="105"/>

    if you change the bolded lines to:

    it is very unlikely you will play until one of your generals dies
    4.it depends - polearm units have high charge, and ap attacks while spearmen have anticavalry bonus and better defense

    if you want youre general to not seeth with anger, always leave him with one title. Ive had generals conquering half the map for me and still be happy i give their lands away as long as they still have on title at all times.

    i would say knights are better when facing most things
    Its not the one with youre name on it, its the one addressed to whom this may concern you have to worry about
