    Default Help with installing mods?

Hey, I am wondering, how do I get the files in the data folder in Medieval Total war 2 that I see in Rome Total War? I did some reading I heard that it involved something like medieval preference. I am really interested in doing this because I want to get mods for my game!

I am unsure as I haven't done modding stuff in a long time, but I believe you need to unpack the data using a program. you may have to google it, or wait for an adequate response!

Although be wary as I recall it takes up about 3x the space in its directory location.

Sounds like you still have to unpack the data files. Run the unpacking tool in the \tools\unpacker folder. Takes about ten minutes.
