Few questions...

Can anyone tell me how witches get created (rogue priest or princess or random???) and can I see all levels of their "arcane power" anywhere on internet? Also is there a way to create them myself by play or by cheat/code/console or increase their "power"? - Reason for this is that I would like to see witches more often and to make the north lands bastions of heresy... Ireland, Scotland, Norway and Cuman Khanat namely...

Another question - Are the artifacts like "Sword of Muhammed" one time prizes or can other charaters get them later by stayin in or conquering the city which gives them?

2. what you mean by arcane power?
3.you can't create them by cheats
4.you can increase their magic, there are traits for that
5.you get the artifacts for conquering jihad/crusade targets

edit:to increase a witch's magic, open the console and type the following:

give_trait "Witch Name Here" NaturalWitchSkill 5
give_trait "Witch Name Here" Wrath 3

that would be enough to get her to 10 magic

if you want to remove them just type

remove_trait "Witch Name Here" NaturalWitchSkill
remove_trait "Witch Name Here" Wrath
