Tell me what i have done wrong

Hi, i did the instructions on the thread how to install the latest version and the mod at the same time, i did all that then when im going to start it. I press on shortcut then a black screen shows 1 second then goes down, please tell me what i have done wrong!

Step one
Please can you uninstall the mod and reinstall only KGCM 3.0. Then come back to the forum and tell me if it works. If it starts up continue to step two. Otherwise uninstall the mod again and the whole of your medieval II total war installation. Download KGCM again with anti virus software disabled. Follow my instructions for installing the mod and reinstall it again. If this does not work then you have some technical problem with your computer which i cannot answer. I know my mod works perfectly for most people. But its not going to work on every single computer thats life.

step two
Install KGCM 3.8 to where your game is installed i.e C:\Program Files\SEGA\Medieval II Total War\mods\kingdoms_grand_campaign_mod folder. If its installed on another drive then point the installer there. The mod should start up. If 3.0 installed but the patch 3.8 will not start then this is likely a problem caused by windows Vista.
