Nice stuff! I presume you will continue fighting in Egypt as well? Just moving Kassandros to north?

Update:
Precipice...
The sun rose high and bright just like any other day except today the heart of the Empire lay in the balance. Today would decide fates. Today men would die, more than any other day in our people's history. Today was our Gaugamela.
Seleucia was a mere ten miles from the Armenian horde advancing through the wooded areas and open plains. All of Hellenism was assembled today to fight for their very survival in the East. This phrase was stated many times before, but this time it was literal and not just some glorified statement for embellishment. The great cities were emptied of all able fighting stock as it was all we had this far from the Pergamum and Ptolemaic fronts. The estimated tally of men fighting by mid-day was roughly over 13.000 souls evenly matched. This was beyond Hell's Gate, this was within its dark halls...
Zeuxis the Wrathful commanded the city's garrison which would take up the right flank while Lyssimachos (aka Lyss) commanded the forces assembled from Babylon and beyond. He would face the brunt of Armenian savagery.
The armies finally met outside a small farm next to a patch of trees and right away the numbers began to show. Lyss ordered the Phalanx into a new formation to counter massive numbers in the shape of a mushroom. The flanks were heavily guarded with the companions kicking up dirt up close behind. Shivers soon became tremors as the ground began to shake. Birds flew from the trees as if they knew the coming act to be played out upon this stage would be horrible.
The Silver Shields were tightly ranked. Sweat was already mixing with those who had already pissed their pants. Lyss decided to wedge up the men a little more with emphasis on the center, he trusted Zeuxis to hold his piece of land. All you could hear were the chants and clanging of Armenians overwhelmed with fervor that they were on our doorstep and that victory was near. It was like the chewing of stiff bread, one smack after another.
Then it stopped......silence broke out louder than any noise could.....muffled orders were hollered...."RRAAAAAWWWW....RAWWWWWWWWWWWWW...RAW"
...."RAAW....RAWWW......RAAA.....
RAWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
The horn sounded: "WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA" and the Armenians charged like wild camels into the forest of Seleucid spears. The bloodbath was near and there were no shades of gray, only black or white, live or die.
Right away some companions were sent out to cut down the sprinting skirmishers throwing pila into our tightly ranked lines. They ran backward and tried to escape but were trampled as attention shifted to the horse archers. Before these cowardly pests could make their mark they were put to the run.
The chase led deep within the Armenian lines as their personal lust got the best of themselves. Seeing these guys dead was their only vision. Most were lightly armored but there were some fine Cataphract units that were hard to take down. Slowness was their weakness and it showed when they died. Both units suffered terribly, but in the end the few remaining companions emerged victorious galloping back to the main engagement that was just beginning.
The first charging Easterners hit the lines with a thud to little effect. One of the first to fall ironically was one of their overzealous commanders of the right flank. The spear claimed him quickly and he would not see the tragedy to come. One unit was currently engaged while the other masses were mere seconds behind.
The Left Flank officer:
"Hoooooolllld.....Hoooooold....Hold the line men....*all the while everything was drowned out by thousands of Armenians crunching the eroded land*...."Hooooollld.......Hooo...BRAAAACE for IMMMPAAAAAAAAAAACT!!!!!!"
The two sides colliding could have moved the dishes in Seleucia it seemed. The center fell back a few feet as the bust of bones and the bending of metal, cracked with the chilling wind combined with the spray of blood. Breaking wood and massive dust clouds shrouded the scene as screams, horns, horses, and orders combined into a buzz of mixed sound. The Left flank was a complete mess and utter chaos. The Right flank had yet to fully impact and was in disarray. There were so many men on the battle field it was hard to tell what was happening and to communicate properly. As the Empire was locked into fierce fighting the enemy just kept coming and coming. Lyss was not trained for an "epic" like today, therefore Zeuxis took command from this weasel. There was no time for weak fools!
The real fighting just began, then the Silver Shields herd a noise, then another. It was a slight whistling sound coming closer and closer hissing like a cat. They had no idea what was coming their way as Armenian catapult crews tightened their ropes again for another shot. One man seen and screamed: " catapult fire!!!!". He was hit and crushed into twelve other men behind him into a mass of bone and flesh. Everyone looked on as their faces turned white. More and more rocks hit the ground. Fear, nothing but fear was through the air. Zeuxis right away raised his sword: " Cooompaaaaniooons, to the REAR!!!!, cut them doooowwwn!!!!!!!"
The companions thought: " To the rear?..six thousand men are in our way".....

GAH! Tesla...
Great battle man! I'm guessing one FM is gonna die in that fight?
Haha, and why would you say that? lol...my record has been..well...we just won't get into that haha. Who knows, I wish i could control the other 3500 men, what a mess haha.
Yea, too bad they didn't include the option from M2TW into the Rome mods. That would be sweet, at least you could prevent the retarded AI from suiciding your reinforcements, and FM's with moronic charges and such...
Nice battle, so far! Get those Armenians. Show them the true might of the Sons of Megas Alexandros!
