Does anyone know any good mod that lets people be a King and rule a bunch of nobles and things like that?

Creating your own kingdom (command lords and stuff) was originally made for 'Age of Machinery' mod:

Crusader Kings is pretty good. You can be a King, Count or Duke. Dukes have Counts. Kings have Dukes and Counts. And Counts are just their. You would like it.

Most noticeable is perhaps that Lords & Realms is based on Luigis fine models in his Dukes and Mercenaries mod. So it looks quite nice.
The main features are very much alike (Kingdom management, patrols, autoloot).
But Sword of Damocles has the invasion and more features, like religion, chancellor, population etc... In short a more complex kingdom management part.

Not sure what rep points have to do with releasing your mod. Unless you plan on having a lot of juicy previews posted here that will have people uncontrollably drooling all over their keyboards to the point they cannot help but rep you.
