    Default Cities <-> Castles conversions

    Anyone know if it's possible to make a mod or just plain mod m2TW to allow cities to change to castles. Also to allow it to only with a certain population size? So say plague hits and kills off a good portion of you pop or you sack/exterminate after taking a city and it falls to down to the right levels?

    Did a search a few days ago and found a thread that said what you need to change to possible allow cities to change to Castes but they never said what file to edit but I believe the original poster couldn't get it to work.


    Kind of a Newbie at M2TW as I just got it a few days ago but done some editing/unit making for other games like Total Annihilation so not total lost on the general ideas of what I might need to do. Thought most of the time I was wonder around lost half the time guessing if i was doing it right.

    It's easy. Go to your export_descr_unit file (you need to have unpack your game).

    Then go to this line :

    I attached it. Now you can convert all your cities to castles.
    You can do the same with last level of castles as well

    Ps I didn't try it, so tell me if I'm wrong
