can not re install

Ok study took much of my time so i decided to delete all my games. That was safer for me.

Now i wich to play this great SS mod again but when trying to install the game the launcher says that there still is a 1.03.000 version of mtwII active and i need to remove this version. This is strange because i deleted the game in total.

Please Help. I searched the forum and i already have done the hints in this topic:

and i already dide juse the CCcleaner like some adviced.

BUT stil no succes...anybody...please i need to kill some rebels.

Are you using vista? If so you need to delete the M2TW files in appdata.

Did you delete your games or did you uninstall them?

I deleted the games, i did not use the cdroms to uninstall.

maybe sounds stupid but where can i find appdate

to reinstall, i recommend a complete uninstall. Followed by a run by ccleaner or a similar product and a registry scan. I then restart the computer. There can be bits of the old game left over that can interfere with a clean install.

what update do you mean?

somebeody (see above adviced to clean appdate. It probebly stands somewhere in my start menu but i cant find it.

I already uninstalled everything (as far as i can see) and used Ccleaner,no result. When i put the original cdrom of mtw into the computer it says that a later version 1.03.000 is installed. When i insert kingdoms cdrom it says that there is no uninstalling posseble because the game is missing

I also followed advice to do registery scan so i bought a program for 43 euro's (registery easy) no succes NOW I am despered it still says version 1.03.000 installed and i have to uninstall this earlier version

My advice would be:
1. Do a search on your computer for any files containing sega, medieval, totalwar or kingdoms and erase
2. Do the same with your registry.
3. Perform ccleaner after this.
4. Restart
