Change faction names & regions

Hi,
I would just like to know please where the list of full faction names is located in the MTW2 Sega folder. I used to know this before, but I've forgotten where it is or how to change the names of the factions.

Now I for example would like to change the name of the factions that can be found on the Grand Campaign menu. I know there is a file for the full faction names because for example, the name of the HRE on the Grand Campaing is Holy Roman Empire. However, I've been looking in the Sega folder and I've only been able to find HRE. Also, I would like to change the region/city names.

I have windows vista. When I last did this, I had XP, but thats all the way back in the UK. Anyway, can someone help me locate this please?

You will have to download alpaca's MTW2 .strings.bin converter from here.

In order to use this tool you need to download and install Python 2.5.4 from
