    Default Can't get it working!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I have done a complete reinstall of Medieval 2 Total War and patched to 1.3 then installed for king or country and patched to latest version and still no icon on desktop! Also when I click select shortcut or batch file in game folder the programme starts then crashes at first splash screen!!! Can anybody help please??????????

    I have the EXACT SAME problem. Medieval 2 patched to 1.2, i use vista, crash on the splash screen with the two cannons.

    I have exactly same problem TOO! I played the 1.15 version without any problems. But now I reinstalled medieval and try to make this mod work.
    Unsuccesfuly. I am using XP.
    Please help me to getthis awesome mod running.
