ChivTW: Updates post-1.0 version

This thread will contain small patches to version 1.0

-descr_lbc_db: This file enables cityview in campaign. Unzip and drop in Chivalry/Data-folder.

I closed this post so that it won't be confused with several posts. We should use then only this first post for those attachments or dl-links - which are saved game compatible. All non-save-game-compatible stuff will be released with an official patch version 1.1, which is not due in near future (this official patch will contain then as well the hotfixes and small patches which are offered here).
