Hi I'm new, and frustrated

Probably doesn't help that I'm using Vista

Anyways, so I encountered a problem to begin, but I easily fixed it by installing a newer Direct X. So I go to play the game, and when it starts...the damn screen is fixed in the upper right-hand corner. So, the top and the right of the game is cut off, rendering it unplayable(joyfully, that is)

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated

did you try to run as Admin (= administrator) ?

Have you tried using the controls in ATI's Control Center or Nvidia's counterpart. They both have the ability to manually adjust the size and center of the screen.

can we have graphics card /driver version /monitor type / size.

Can't guarantee that'll help but it might.

Have you done a DirectX diagnostic text?

Type DxDiag in the start search box on the main menu. See if it's reporting any problems.

what resolution are you running your monitor -
and what settings for m2TW?

Alright here's some details on how I'm running, I don't know if all of these help but I'll put them down:

Color Quality: 32 bit
Screen Resolution: 1440x900
Refresh Rate: 600 Hertz

Everything on M2TW is running on low

I have no patches installed because I can't figure out how to install them, I keep getting error messages and stuff.
