well so far ive seen william wallace, edward and templars and teh norweigen king ariving. so are there any emergent welsh charicters? how do i trigger them? thanks.

I think they start with there special character.

A king somthing. Same with the Irish.

they start with a king who has the "hero of wales" trait, which adds chivalry, command, management, and other stuff
when the welsh either lose one of their original cities or capture one of the cities on the original welsh border, they get small reinforcements near some of their cities. this can happen up to 3 times

Llywelyn ap Gruffydd has it, and he's your Welsh faction leader at the start of the game, and seeing as Wales became English under his watch (and the only other Medieval Welsh hero would be the rebell Owain Glyndwr, who lived in the 1400s) there's not really anybody else to give it to.
