I installed everything but nothing has changed.

Whats doing this and how do I fix it?

I think he means he installed the mod but it dos n' t work.
Did you install it to the correct directory? This is the most comen mistake people make when installing the mod.

I installed in C:\Program Files\Activistion\Rome - Total War.

Hang on my RTW is in C:\Program Files\The Creative Assembly\Rome - Total War would this cause the problem?
