Why is some part of britain uncovered?

A hidden unit? Did you turn Fog of War off and then on? How is it that you already have a view of a nearby rebel town? I loaded up a game myself with the julii and its not revealed for me.

The senate faction units are in that region, but are entirely intangible.

Until they die out or get destroyed. It's kind of pitiful when the Senate are so displeased with you that they outlaw you, but instead outlaw themselves from the map...
