No one is getting married.

For whatever reason my family members aren't getting offered marriages. I played with Silicly to about turn 70 when I realized no one is getting married. Same thing happened to my England game.

I'm using 6.1, and the crimson tide sub mod.

Try conquering a few more provinces and see what happens. There is a family member to regions controlled ratio but I'm not sure whether the game counts wives in the ratio.

In my Sicily game I've conquered all of North Africa, and in my England game I've conquered all of england and wales.

No one is getting married.

I'm not sure if this is an actual game mechanic or just my imagination. I've found that Generals are more likely to get married if they sit in a settlement for a couple turns. I've had Generals that lead my main expansion force never get married until I take a break from expanding to sit them in a city and retrain their men.

No offense, but that's quite a small number of regions, limiting the amount of FMs you'll have - as Clivus is trying to point out.

I've had generals stay in settlements since they joined my forces, and no pop up for marriage ever occured.

Yep start conquering some more regions and you'll start getting marriage and adoption offers again.

I know all about the ratio, and that's not it. I've conquered huge tracts of territory and the game doesn't want to offer any marriages, and adoptions.
