Events Pic

I am trying to change an event pic on battle map and when i place the new pic it does not appear in game?

The pic in question is the battle_deployment pic prior to any battle fought on map. I have checked the event_images.text file and changed the appropiate pic to the battle_deployment.tga, but the pic does not appear in game? Is there any other text files that need changing maybe for it to work, or am i missing something?
