    Default Merchants on resources

    If there is a foreign merchant on your resourse, would it cause increase in trade for the settlement? (Does a merchant on a resourse,increase export value of that resourse?)

    Then I do right thing by killing every merchant approaching my resourses. This way I hinder enemies profit gaining capability and polish my assassins' skills.
