Cornuti Seniores are a good palatina unit in IBFD BRG III. Are they in this mod?
Also, I like the Idea of a new Auxilia unit. I may download this mod.

Can you show me something on Armenia?

The currently released Campaign doesn't include Armenia.
FREE THE NIPPLE!!!
The map in Ib2 does not stretch to include Armenia. The next patch for IB2 will probably include Britain and northern Gaul.

Some absolutely stunning pictures. I especially liked the pics by 'Midnite', loved the chaos seen in your pics. The modding team seem to have done an excellent job!
You guys should include lorica segmantata legionnaires because they still had those types of soldiers with strip armor, large rectangular shields and gladius
A blood-thirsty norse bastard, an opportunistic french-speaking norse bastard, or the King? I think by the laws of fealty there is only one option available.. - sirfiggin
There was no lorica segmentata in this time period, or rectangular shields, or gladii.
oh yes there was
Please provide a reference for that statement. If there was, then that flies in the face of all research on the subject.
LS was stopped production in 286, and was cannibalized to make chain and scale mail
Including LS in IB II or IB is the equivelant of giving the barbarians 12 gauge shotguns
The barbarians dont have shotguns now? I thought this mod was supposed to be accurate![]()
This is from Wikipedia:
The currently accepted range for the use of the armour is from about 9 B.C. (Dangstetten) to the late 3rd century A.D. (León). Its use was geographically widespread but chain mail may have been more common at all times.
As you can read here: the LS never replaced the LH!
Chainmail was lighter (about 10 kg instead of at least 13 kg of the Ls), more flexible and much faster to dress with!

As it is said in my post, i got the info from Wikipedia!
There are different types of the hamata and in this wiki artikle it is said, that in the late romen period mostly the lighter version (max 10 kg) was used.
on the internet i found a short chainmail with only 6 kg!
the link: http://www.battlemerchant.com/Griech...r-M::1820.html
but anyway, as a matter of fact, chainmail succeded over segmentata...
