Fleeing, but stuck in the wall

Not sure if this is BC specific or is a game engine fault. Was assaulting Malatya which belonged to the Kingdom of Jerusalem as the Abbassid Caliphate. I managed to knock down two sections of the wall allowing my troops to spill in. Now at some point (I didn't notice this until the city was pretty much mine) a single soldier wound up stuck in the wall near one of the collapsed portions. The screenshot below has a red circle around the KoJ's unit banner which you can see is stuck in the wall.

It didn't ruin the game or anything since I just waltzed over to the town square and sat there until it declared me the victor. Was just odd to see a banner of a single soldier who decided to hide in the wall.

Engine fault ... propably unfixable one since I have seen many modders struggling with eleminating this menace and none of them succeeded so far in 100%.
