It's not that bad ... (though it's why my Nobles are always out on the field).
I believe changing the export_descr_character_traits will do it, if you're thus inclined, though.

OH BELIVE ME ITS PRETTY BAD OVER HERE..MY CAMPAIGN WITH THE ERE IZ GOING HORRIBLE ..MOST OF THE TIME I LOSE 85 PERCENT OF MY EMPIRE SIMPLY BECAUSE MY GENERALS ARE NO BETTER THAN MY STANDARD MEN-AT-ARMS
LOL I TRYED MANY TIMES TO REFORM THIS ''CORRUPT'' EMPIRE ( INGAME AND WITH MY OWN FILE EDITING ) BUT IT DOES NOT HELP IT JUST SIMPLY DELAY MY DESTRUCTION TO ANOTHER 20 YEARS

There will be a counter trait available with version 1.0, effective if the character is a proper one

anyway, i don't have much trouble with the penalty trait...i've got more trouble with the 0 money i start with, oh c'mon, the treasurechest can't be empty in a kingdom that has existed a few years already

C'mon, a few (artificial) player penalties must remain to give the AI a short break as advantage especially at the start of a campaign. After the first or latest second turn every human player faction is in a positive bilance again.
