i saw it on the news seemed pretty bizarre to me.What do you think?Are teenagers being forced to be adults too soon bysociety or is this some random event?

Now if he was 15-17 and he hit a 18-19 girl, everything would be OK. I'd personly give the dude "Congrats man, if only all 15-17 year olds can hit that". LOL
